Innovative business models. Social enterprises that can level the playing field for the world's poor and revolutionize the way we do business. Social justice and large-scale impact. These are the things I'm most passionate about. Applying these models and approaches toward addressing some of the greatest issues of our time such as the global water crisis is what I find fascinating. For more than 13 years, I've had the privilege of working with some of the most inspirational and impactful leaders in this field such as Water.org and the Clinton Global Initiative.

Business development, along with creating and shaping high-impact teams and funding partnerships to build and scale entrepreneurial organizations is my area of expertise. A French national with a German mother, I grew up in Paris, South Korea, and China and travelled throughout Asia during my childhood. This opened my eyes to the world. It drove my passion toward challenging the status quo. I think being an entrepreneur, optimist, and a little bit of a rebel is in my DNA.

My work has enabled me to learn about and get engaged in a variety of areas including micro finance, post-conflict education and refugees, and the global water crisis. With the World Bank in Southeast Asia, I led a documentary film project in Cambodia and an education initiative for street children and migrants in Thailand, exposing me first-hand to social injustices affecting the world's poor. This, along with supporting an education initiative for adolescent girls in Kenya, pursuing my graduate studies at the London School of Economics, and building a $60 million portfolio of funding partnerships at Water.org, has shaped my passion for helping create a more inclusive and fair society.

Today, I oversee our revenue generation and growth, investor relations, and marketing efforts at WaterEquity - a new social impact investing initiative launched by Water.org. My ongoing journey with Water.org - and now WaterEquity - has enabled me to build and work with an inspiring community of change-makers revolutionizing the world of corporate philanthropy, and impact investing to end the global water crisis in our lifetime.
